Do you make an amazing street food? We want YOU at District 249’s Foodie Fest on Saturday, August 8th!
We’re accepting ONLY 15 food vendors, so don’t wait to reserve your spot!
What we’re looking for:
• Homemade street foods
• Finger foods
• Smaller portions that are quick and easy to serve
• Affordable menu items (ideally $3-$15) so guests can sample multiple vendors throughout the day.
This is NOT a food truck event. The goal is to create a true street food experience where guests can walk around and try lots of different foods from a variety of cooks.
🏆 Cooking Competition
Every vendor will submit one to go box full of food items for judging.
🥇 1st Place Team\vendor – $300 Cash
🥈 2nd Place Team\vendor – $200 Cash
There will be NO People’s Choice Award. Winners will be selected by our panel of judges.
RULES- There are none. May the best box of food win!
Best of all… you keep 100% of your food sales! Since admission is FREE (with registration), we’ll have a great crowd ready to eat!
A few important rules:
✅ Food must be homemade and prepared by you or your team.
❌ No restaurant-prepared food may be purchased and turned in for judging.
✅ This is meant to be a fun, friendly competition that showcases great local cooks and incredible street food.
✅ You can meal prep. Any suspicion of cheating by using restaurant foods will result in disqualification and would be insulting to your character.
